Laura brings more than twenty years of experience leading technology and manufacturing-adjacent businesses through growth, turnaround and transition. She has held senior operating and executive roles at TEKLYNX, Penta Technologies, Jackrabbit Technologies and Epiphany Learning, and has been part of three successful exits.

Her focus is operational value creation: getting close to the work, building leadership teams that can carry a business forward, and modernizing operations without breaking what already works. She also founded Gulf Works Lab, the technology and innovation company that supports BridgeWorks operating businesses.

Chad has spent twenty years in industrial manufacturing sales and business development, with deep expertise in gaskets, sealing and engineered materials. He has held commercial leadership roles at Talbros, Garlock, Lydall, Teadit and Frenzelit, working closely with plant and engineering teams across North America.

He is known for building structured, repeatable sales processes and long-term customer relationships: the disciplined commercial foundation that helps an established manufacturer grow without losing its service reputation.

Emily leads acquisition development for BridgeWorks Group, building relationships with owners of established manufacturers and guiding each opportunity from first conversation through partnership.
